THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION OF WALES are delighted to announce Robert Page as the new Wales intermediate manager on a four-year contract.
The 42-year-old – who won 41 caps for Wales – will take charge of the Under-21 squad as well as the national Under-17 and Under-19 teams.
His first competitive games in charge will come in September when the Under-21 squad begin their UEFA Euro Qualifying campaign.
During an 18-year playing career, Page made over 500 senior appearances across spells with several clubs, most notably with Watford where we captained the Hornets to the Premier League.
After hanging up his boots, the former Wales defender managed both Port Vale and Northampton before recently coaching at Nottingham Forest.
